I'm having a protein shake with apple and kale. I've been extremely lucky with no m/s and mostly no irresistible cravings, but my appetite seems to have just dropped off over the last 3 or so days. whomp whomp.
I had I guess two dinners. At 3 had 1/2 grilled chicken subway sub with sweet onion dressing and provolone. I had lots of veges on it with sun chips on the side. 2nd dinner just finished grilled chicken salad made at home no cheese just veges with low fat creamy Caesar dressing. So far a healthy day but chocolate butter toffee ice cream is calling me.
