Welcome to Ladies In Waiting. This is a group designed for all the ladies in the various stages of waiting after a loss: waiting to miscarry, waiting for AF to arrive, waiting to TTC again, and waiting for a BFP. Since this process is such a true test in patience, it is nice to have the support and friendship of other women going through similar experiences and emotions. 

-Check in is every Wednesday- New members: Post an intro and your current TTC status. - Current members: Post updates, link to your chart, upcoming appointments, prayer requests. - Weekly check-in's will include an inspirational quote.

Please do not worry if your name is not on the check in, I only put those that participated in the previous check in. Please make sure that if you get a BFP to PM me. I try to check PGAL, but sometimes I may miss it.

Hello ladies! Hope everyone is doing as well as possible. I'm currently waiting on AF so that I can start TTC again. I'm 3 weeks post-D&C as of tomorrow, and my spotting stopped last Thursday or Friday. I had my follow up appt with my OB the day before yesterday, and she said I can start trying once I have a normal period.

So - fingers crossed that AF shows up soon!!

I finished my CD5-9 of clomid and now I am waiting to ovulate! Hoping/praying I'm consistent with last time we were on clomid and will ovulate sometime between CD17-20!! The plan is to bed each of those nights we are also temping and doing OPKs so that will help with clarity !

hey ladies. Guess I am waiting to test now. I think I will test tomorrow with a FRER. It will be 11 dpo, expected day of AF. I'm really trying not to get to hopeful...but my chart looks awesome (I never have pretty charts, even when I got KU) and I have zero AF symptoms like I normally do (tender breasts mostly)

@LDubHawksFan‌ - My doctor didn't test betas either which I found a lil frustrating. I hope your appointment goes well on Friday!

@shandorfml2‌ - FX for you, nothing wrong with being hopeful! 

 
Trying to remember that patience is a virtue, but at least things are slowly getting better. Yay for no more bleeding - 6 weeks was enough! At my follow-up, OB said to come back if AF doesn't start in couple weeks and to wait two cycles before TTC so now the real wait begins.

waiting to finish bleeding (seems to be tapering off - fingers crossed) and for my blood test next week to hopefully show betas of 0 (I was at 70 on Monday and 31 today).  Then it'll be waiting for AF to arrive and to talk to my doctor about when we can start trying again.

5 days post delivery. Caleb had a fatal diagnosis and we induced at 22 weeks to avoid inflicting further pain. Working on getting lactation to stop. Freaking out a bit about when we are able to start TTC. MH is ready to start TTC as soon as we get the all clear. I just have trouble thinking of going through it all over again. I got 20 weeks into a pregnancy thinking all was well and then the hammer dropped. I also feel like being ready to TTC so soon is saying I'm over Caleb and I don't care. I care more than words can express but also realize that I need to live my life, Caleb would not want us to stop living.

I'm currently 3 weeks post m/c and still waiting on my betas to hit 0. FF gave me crosshairs this morning (you're on crack FF!!), which is impossible because my betas were 43 the day before FF thinks I O'ed. Things just need to drop so we can get back on this crazy TTC train. 

I know there's conflicting info out there, but I do think it's possible to O with hcg still in your system. Like less than 50. It's happened to some ladies on this board.

This seems to be an appropriate check in for me to join, so here's a quick intro
Currently I am waiting for bleeding to stop (it just started yesterday so it'll be some time). I go in on Monday for a blood draw to make sure my betas are dropping (they were only at 4.2 so they don't have far to go). Once I stop bleeding and betas are confirmed to be dropping I'll be waiting to O. Since the miscarriage was early and happened naturally my OB felt semi comfortable giving us the go ahead. She said she usually recommends waiting 2 cycles for things to "go back to normal" but since my cycles haven't been normal since I stopped taking the pill in '11 she's ok with us trying.
I wish I had the energy to reply to each of you ladies' post individually, but I have been exhausted the last couple days. Fx for all of you that your stay here is short and that you graduate to PGAL very soon.
ETA: formatting b/c the bump hates iPads

Waiting on my FW.  Just finished my 2nd AF since m/c and it was back to how it was pre-pregnancy.  Also back to 28 day cycles.  Seems like my body has bounced back pretty well so we're hoping we get KU this cycle.  We will be going on vacation to Florida for our one year anniversary soon so hoping the vacay brings us good luck!!

Good morning ladies! I'm excited tomorrow is Friday. It's been a long week!
My MMC was confirmed 8/2 via ultrasound. D&C was on Monday. Currently I am waiting for my bleeding to stop which may be a bit. Didn't actually start until yesterday. I have a follow up appt on Tuesday and another blood draw. Hoping for the best possible news. This whole process is draining but I'm glad to know that I'm not alone. You ladies are wonderful! I admire how strong you all are.

I have had a frustrating TTC week. My Dr was on vacation and forgot to share her plan for me with her replacement.  I went in Monday for my monitoring scan 2 large follies and one not far behind. The Dr told me to call if I did not get my lh surge in the morning. I knew I would serge and I also knew I was to trigger anyway but he didn't feel it would be nessesary. I went home and started my own time is running out pity party...wah. I woke up did my test and sure enough there was that surge . I emailed my Dr not expecting a response. She got back to me and got the office to send the prescription in. After driving back to the office I had to rush home get DH to give me the shot and go to work feeling like it was pointless so take the trigger after surge. DH works nights and failed to sleep this day and made bd'g impossible, que freak out #2. Some days I really just want to give up... and then I remember what all of this is for. Hugs for everyone.

Hi girls- I'm on vacation and limited internet access but just wanted to say hi. I'm done waiting for AF- she came on Saturday. So now I'm technically in the waiting to O category but I'm usually a CD19 or later O-er so I have some time.
