Help in regards to outlets

I could really use your thoughts and idea, fellow mamas. 

Noah has figured out how to remove those little outlet covers. How? I have no idea. I can hardly get them off but he doesn't seem to have an issue with it. 

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to keep him away from them or maybe (and more likely) how to keep the covers on? Or what to use instead or with the covers???

My DH switched out the actual outlets with tamper resistant ones so that we didn't need to use caps on the outlets that we use most often. Link

I find the cheapest clear plastic ones from baby's r us the most difficult to remove. Try those?

Thank goodness my LO hasn't figured out how to remove them. Is he using his fingers or his teeth? I ask because my little brother use to go up to them and pull them out with his mouth.

Ty tries but hasn't figured out how to get them out yet.
I just ordered an oven and toilet lock off amazon though!
He will not stop opening the oven and standing on the door. And we don't have a door on our bathroom off our bedroom so he won't stay out of the damn toilet!
Why won't these kids just play with toys?!
