Baby Name thoughts?

I've never heard it as a first name. It could be cool. It reminds me of Anastasia Steele. Or Blue Steele.

TBH, this isn't a name to me.  It is a strange spelling of a construction material. I don't like it at all and have a hard time seeing this on an adult.

At first when I read it, I didn't mind it. But once I started saying it and heard it roll off my tongue, I realized I didn't like it. 

But, name your kid whatever the hell you want to name him, seriously! 

ETA: took out a word, sounded more harsh than I meant it.

I know a boy with this name. He's a teenager now, and the name has grown well with him. His younger brother was named Stone which I'm not a fan of

I like it a lot!  But I'm drawn to different sorts of boy names, I guess.
I knew a guy named Steele in law school, and he was pretty hot, so maybe that's just the association I have with the name, too.  DH vetoed it when I proposed it to him for DS.

My brother went to high school with a boy with that name.  I probably wouldn't use it but there are worse choices out there.  If you and you SO like it the go for it.

Thanks for the feedback, my husband chose it and he got it from the name of a footballer. It's growing on me and I like that it means strong.
