I identify with Blonde, although frequently since having LO, DH likes to remind me my hair is getting darker. I may become a brunette before grays, and then my grays will be more noticeable.
I'm a brunette. I actually keep my hair darker than my natural color. I used to dye my hair blonde. Looking back.. I've said I should reconsider some friendships for anyone who let me think that was a good idea.
I suppose I'd have to call it dirty blonde these days. I'm sad about that, as I used to be super blonde. I was definitely in the white-blonde-as-a-kid camp.
I guess it means I should just spend more time out in the sun with lemon juice in my hair? Isn't that the way it's done? ;-)
Brunette since birth, and red or blond hues look terrible on me, so I normally get very dark (almost black) lowlights all over to contrast and add some depth and dimension. LO has very light brown hair with golden hues, so very different from me. DH was a blonde baby and now his hair is almost black. He's a strange bird.
I say blond even though I'm a brunette naturally. I was blonde as a kid and have been highlighting it blond since I was 12. Now it's a dark natural looking blond I miss the platinum but its hard to keep up with a baby in the mix.
My hair is a dirty blonde with natural red highlights when in the sun. I get told it is a very pretty color and I have not dyed it in years. It's a lazy thing with the dying, but I figure it's good without the dye.
I chose SS since it is really a mix of all 3. As a kid I was fairly strawberry blonde, but as I got older it's gotten more and more brown. Still lots of red in it, and really pulls strawberry blonde highlights in the summer.
