Members, give us an update on how you are doing. If I didn’t tag you with specific questions, it’s only because we didn’t hear from you last week (or for a few weeks) - please jump back in. Please pop in and let us know how you’re doing even if you don’t have time to respond to everyone individually this week! New members, introduce yourself so that we can get to know you.

Hi @meredithcarole‌!

Thanks for the check in! I did see the endocrinologist, DX with Hashimoto's, checking for PCOS, Diabetes and some other tests. Prescribed Synthroid for now, possibly adding metformin.

I also have an ultrasound to check my ovaries and uterine lining this Saturday!

How are you doing?

I believe I am in the TWW though my chart is all messed up due to vacation and such so I'm just waiting it out. If I'm right then I'm 6DPO. I'm having a hectic week which has helped to keep me off the crazy train! I hope everybody else is having a good week!

I am on CD9 and my RE appointment will be at CD16 to check and see if clomid is doing what it's suppose to do! In the past I ovulated on CD17 so DH and I will bed Mon/Wednes and all next weekend to hope we can be successful the first month back trying! I'm still good with it taking a few months, it's been great catching up on the bills. Off to Vegas tomorrow night! DH's Parents and 20 year old nephew decided to tag along (staying at a completely different casino) but I'm hoping that between me spending time shopping and at the pool it will only be dinners and shows I'll even see them. I have Great in laws, but prefer vacation to just be H and I! Hugs to everyone who needs it!!

I am really glad you have some answers. I am not overly familiar with Hashimoto's (in fact, full disclosure, I just had to google it), but I believe there are a couple other ladies with it on the board. It does sound like there are good results from medications though. FX with you ultra sound on Saturday!

I am sorry things have been hectic, but there is something to be said for being too busy to board the crazy train during the 2WW. FX for a BFP for you this cycle!

ETA: an extra "o" to too. Grammar is hard sometimes.

Sounds like quite the crowd for your Vegas getaway! I hope that you and YH get some alone time. Enjoy the pool and shopping. FX that you find out at your RE appointment that the clomid is doing its job.

I am currently 5dpo and I agree with @daystardreams‌ being on vacation in the 2ww really helps speed it along. I'll be 10dpo by the time I'm back at work.

I have been having a great time and have been at a cottage since Saturday. Were leaving today and stopping at some wineries so that's bound to be great.

Q:  How are you this week?  Have you started with the OPKs?  I'm doing OK.  Getting a little stressed about an event I am planning for September.  There is SO much to do!!  I have been having a good time spending time with my family this week (my brother and his family are in town for a week!).

I started with the OPKS, and I haven't even seen them get any darker!  I am only testing once a day, so hopefully I am not missing anything...  I had a temp jump this morning, but we'll see what the next few days brings.  That would be earlier than I was expecting if I did O yesterday.  

Hope everyone else is doing well this week!!!

QOTW:  I tend to get about two pages in, and then fall asleep basking in the sun, so it doesn't much matter what I am reading!  haha

I do find it amazing how quickly an LH surge can come and go. Hopefully you didn't miss anything, but your chart should tell you in a couple of days what is going on. I hope you are having fun with your family. Don't stress too much about your upcoming event. I sure it will go well.

It is a lot of hard work but I am getting some stuff in play. Serious issues on all fronts training program needs to be re-vamped as well as compensation, turnover rate is so out of control. It is a challenge but I really feel that I can make a positive impact so that is rewarding.

@DenaMaree enjoy the trip

I am glad you feel like you can really turn the tide of that department and raise moral. Good for you! My mom absolutely loves the Janet Evanovich novels, but I haven't tried reading them. Maybe I should.
