asked to come in and see the on call OB :( *update*

So iv been having some sharp pain that dissipates into a dull ache in my lower right abdomen. Its been on and off since sunday. I wasn't too concerned at first because it would come and go and wasn't by any means consistent. Well it started happening again today and I decided I should probably put a call in to my OB. Did that this morning and they asked me to come in and be seen. So here I am....sitting in the exam room waiting. Hoping its just FTM fears and nothing too big.

*update*
So feeling pretty silly, doctor said its just probably round ligament pain which is weird because i havnt had any pain untill now, but they did also find a UTI so ill be on antibiotics for that. So happy LO is fine. Always better to be safe than sorry. Thanks ladies! You sure know how to help a momma feel at ease.

Good luck!! I had pain like this during the first tri, went to the ER because it got so bad and I just had a cyst on my ovary and it went away within a week! Hoping everything is okay, you are in my thoughts

I hope everything's alright! This same thing happened to me, and it scared me, but it turned out to be nothing! Instead I sat on a fetal monitor for three hours and got to hear my baby's heartbeat!

Thank you ladies. Nothing too bad, just round ligament pain and a UTI. Got to hear LOs heartbeat and him kicking the doppler at the OB office. Feeling a little silly for freaking out.

I am glad all is well. I have been having round ligament pain on and off since about 14 weeks but its gotten better. Good thing about uti, it was worth going in.

I am so glad it isn't serious. Don't ever feel bad for getting checked out. I honestly was wondering if it was your appendix based on your description of symptoms. It is always better to put in the call and let the doctor decide if you need to be seen or not. You did exactly the right thing.
