Pity Party Alert: key employee resigned 4 weeks before my due date

So this sucks: I am due 9/3 (but DS came early). I have a MASSIVE project that culminates 8/29 that I am really just trying to make it to.
AND... now one of my team leaders (NOT related to this project) has just given her two weeks notice.
I am so screwed.
FWIW I am a VP at a small/midsized firm, so it's not like there are a lot of cogs in the wheel. Her team is very young and no one on it is promotable into her position.
I feel like crying, which I do not do, because I am already so stressed and exhausted.
THIS SUCKS SO MUCH.
And, please don't get me wrong - this is a great opportunity for my employee, she is a good worker and deserves much success and happiness ... i just wish she'd have found it in DECEMBER and not NOW.
