Cart cover that fits Target carts?

Is there such a thing as a cart cover that fits the new Target carts without ties?  I have the Eddie Bauer one with ties and it works, but it's annoying having to tie it down.  I bought an Infantino and it doesn't fit the bigger carts well so I took it back.  Online reviews seem to be mixed.

Instead of struggling with a cart cover or trying to remember to bring to the store and washing it after each trip I just have a can of lysol in my diaper bag. I spray it down and once it dries, set LO in it and continue with my shopping trip. Target has mini cans of their up&up in their travel sized section.

I have a Taggies brand one that seems like it was made for target carts!
