Intro-Still in shock

Ok, I'm taking the leap and do my intro here before my first sonogram tomorrow. I'm going to copy and paste my long story from the other board if you dont mind

As you can see from my siggy, I have PCOS and high prolactin and DH has low motility and count. We did 1 fresh IVF and 2 frozen transfers, resulting in 2 miscarriages and one failed cycle. We were currently taking a break and waiting to see Dr. KK because I found some blood clotting issues that my RE refused to address as significant. Upon recommendation of my regular OB gyn (and my own research), I took it upon myself to take baby aspirin daily for my general health if nothing else. I was taking my bbt so I knew when to expect a period (because my ovulation is unpredictable, but my luteal phase is consistently 14 days). I got to day 15 and there was no sign of a period. My lower back hurt and my instinct really felt like it was happening but my brain was telling me "Really? Have you been paying attention the past 2.5 years? You are infertile!" I guess my brain was wrong because two lines popped up instantly-actually the test line came up first! Two cycles of taking baby aspirin (and my meds for high prolactin) and we have our first natural BFP!

We are ecstatic and petrified at the same time. Two miscarriages makes it hard not to worry. But my optimistic side tells me this is it-this will be our take home baby. The due date should be right around our first due date last year-so maybe it's one of our little angels looking down on us. Our first appointment is tomorrow and I think I'll literally be shaking until I see a heartbeat. I've had some brown spotting occasionally but no red and no cramps. Unfortunately I'm still paranoid because my last loss was a missed miscarriage where we saw the beautiful heartbeat 2 times before it stopped (although I was on Endometrin, so I don't know if that made my body stall from miscarrying naturally). Please keep your fingers crossed for me tomorrow!
