My DH and I were in Chicago last week while he was working. I definitely ate more crap than usual, but it wouldn't say I was awful. Since Friday my stomach has been crappy. I didn't really eat a real meal while traveling home Thursday- just lots of snacks, then Friday we had no food in the house so I snacked until we ate a normal dinner. That was the last "real" meal I had. I've been having gf toast, plantain chips, bananas, etc. did have chicken soup yesterday. I've been really cramps the last three mornings. It dies down usually by mid day and I've been running to the bathroom or passing gas with the cramps. Baby's kicking away and aside from fatpigue and headache(lack of real meals?), I've been assuming this is intestinal rebellion from my trip. Safe assumption? Would you call the dr.?

TMI- have you had a bowel movement?
I had Lots of cramping and was super uncomfortable. Turns out I was extremely constipated and dehydrated!
I would call your dr if you're concerned, but until then
Drink lots of fluids and high fiber meals!
And normally, if I had a stomach ache, it would resolve itself in a few hours. Surely a half a day. But now it seems to take 2 days for me to feel normal again.
Were you also eating larger portions? I'm a volume eater, and I could get away with that before, because 1) I had space in my stomach and 2) I ran 5-10 miles a day. Now, I just can't. I get physically sick if I eat a bunch. If I get a big portion at a restaurant, I put half aside. I'm still gonna eat that food, dude. I'm just gonna eat it later.

I have eaten very healthy this whole pregnancy and then my husband and I went out for cheese sticks, chips, burgers, fries, etc...I was in horrible pain the next day.
The OB nurse told me to pamper myself and drink a lot. She said if it got worse to call back. It was miserable but it passed.
