Finally happened!

My DD finally rolled onto her tummy! She will be 11 weeks tomorrow and has rolled on her side just a few times but today was doing it like crazy, then all of a sudden she was on her tummy! I know a lot of your LO's have already done this but it made me very happy! Just had to share
:-)

  • Well it must have taken a lot out of her to do it, she has been sleeping for almost 2.5 hours. Normally she only takes 20-30 min naps and eats every 1.5-2 hours. We are now going on 3 hours since she ate. As much as I don't wanna say it, hope she wakes up soon :-/

  • DD rolls tummy to back, but doesn't really seem ready to roll onto her tummy. Hasn't really rolled to her side from her back that I can think of. It's fun watching them learn new things, but sometimes I think she's growing too fast. She seems to be trying very hard to crawl, and I am so not ready for that yet.

  • 13wks here and no rolling! She rolls onto her side all the time but not all the way.
  • No rolling here, even onto his side. He just really likes being on his back and hates side and tummy.
  • My lo hasn't even tried.

  • Mine gets on her side at 12 weeks but stops there. She HATES tummy time though so that may be why
  • Nothing here at almost 12 weeks. He didn't do well with tummy time. Basically he would suffocate himself if we didn't move his head. He doesn't even try to lift his head. Lifts it like a champ when we hold him on our chest but not on the floor.
  • In regards to tummy time my LO hates it too! But I've found the secret his boppy pillow! He would just lay face down and cry otherwise. I found that he likes to be propped up and look around and we get at least 10 minutes every time! Try it you're welcome! lol no rolling here almost 14 weeks..
  • No rolling here and I can't say I'm sad about it, I like being able to leave her in one place for a second and knowing she can't go anywhere! ;) She also hates tummy time with a passion but loves sitting up and I think that might happen unassisted before we see any rolling!

This!! He will hold his head up for a few seconds when we lay him down. He usually cries and does a superman pose with arms and legs up and out into the air. But when he's laying on us or if we are just holding he holds his head so well.
  • 15 weeks here and no rolling yet not even on sides. DS hates tummy time as well.

  • M started rolling from back to side to tummy once he started becoming aware of his pacifier and where it goes when it falls out of his mouth. As soon as it starts slipping out, he starts rolling in hopes of catching it.
He's only done tummy to back a few times though since he hates being on his belly.

  • Joining the "hasn't rolled over yet" crew. She's 12 weeks today.

    It's a BOY

  • Well we think maybe it was a fluke lol. She hasn't done it since but is consistently rolling onto her side but that's it.

10 weeks today and I've not seen any signs that he's close to rolling. At almost 16 pounds, it's going to take some good momentum for him to accomplish I think. :)

  • well this morning was a complete surprise, DS started rolling onto his side. he's never even shown signs of trying before but just woke up and decided to roll. Now he's done it 4 times and seems to only want to nap on his side. Until today he's always hated it.
