AF arrived and giving myself a moment to wallow

Yup, another month of "damn, I hate cramps" cramps. AF arrived this morning and I just couldn't get myself to go to work where I take care of other peoples' problems (I'm a counselor at an inpatient drug rehab). Went home and wallowed in a bowl of Cheerios followed by a bowl of ice cream. Then I took my frustrations out on the dust behind/under the sofa and spot cleaned the sofa itself (that's a plus, I guess).  Eight months of actively trying, I guess it is time to get checked out by the doctor. This day is making me start to reevaluate the stresses in my life. Time to make some changes.

    April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  16R, 15M, 12F. Transferred 2 5-day blasts 4/12 and froze 4--BFP!  M/C 5/25/15
    August 2015: IVF #3.  14R, 13M, 11F.  Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing.  3 normals.  FET planned for 10/2015.

    Thanks, ladies. Wallowing definitely helped, particularly the ice cream. I may have to finish the day with a beer just to make sure I've wallowed enough. Tomorrow's a new day!
