I've had this condition for at least 15 years, but, it's really flared up now that I'm 18 weeks pregnant (started worsening around 15/16 weeks). Of course, I haven't come up with a catch-all solution, and the docs don't have much to offer. But, the little things that have offered some relief: 1) using a muscle roller/massage (the kind that look almost like a rolling pin), 2) making sure I'm not on my feet to too long at any given time, 3) regular chiropractic visits, 4) a little bit of yoga/pilates/barre.
I hope this gets better for you! I know it can be so painful (and just weird!) at times.
