30 minute naps

Anyone have tips on overcoming the 30 minute nap. My son is 7 months old and still wakes up right at 30 minutes almost every time. He was doing 1 longer nap usually the 2nd nap of the day, but now he can flip to his tummy. So at 30 minutes he wakes up and cant flip back over so wont go back to sleep. Ive tried waiting 20 sometimes 30 minutes, but he just gets more upset screaming louder and louder. Usually my 2 year old is sleeping at this time too so I go get the baby so the other one wont wake up.
