I don't think I've worked out since before I was pregnant with DS My husband loves to run but doesn't feel like he has the time to go out and do it btw kids and crazy weather. I know I need to work out to stay healthy for the kiddies but damn I hate it. I despise it. Blech.
I'm gonna aim for 30 min on the treadmill 3x a week to start with. Hopefully I can increase from there. I only walk though, no running for me. Asthma, yo.
I always loved ours. We sold it when we moved from our house to the apartment, but now that we're in our new house I want one again. Seriously. I'm not outdoorsy at all, so a lot of times the heat or bugs or whatever is enough to discourage me from getting out and exercising. I would hop on that thing and watch TV and tons of time would fly by. Seriously the best "me" time.
We were just talking about buying something. We're not really sure what the best machine for us would be. I'm leaning toward a treadmill but I think DH might want something different.

This is on our list of "things we want". But right now it's pretty low priority. Someday. I know we need it to be healthy since the weather here can get so crazy.
I have a treadmill in the basement that is holding toys. I'm too lazy to move them to use the treadmill. I have been running outside but may need to clean it off before winter.
