For those of you reading, the story is finished.  I posted the last chapter last night.  I just wanted to thank you guys again for indulging me.  It means a lot.

    Take your time, @mrsbadkat.  It's probably not going anywhere.  lol.  Plus, it's finished, so you can read it all the way through without having to wait for updates.
