Newbie intro. (Losses mentioned)

Hi everyone. Me and DH have lost two previous pregnancies...one at 6 wk and one at 10 wk because of hormone issues. We got a BFP last Monday and found out yesterday that it was ectopic and I had an emergency surgery because I was bleeding into my abdomen. I have lost my right Fallopian tube. It took us 18 months and 7 rounds of clomid to have this pregnancy and I'm feeling pretty defeated right now. We have decided to try again once I am able since it took so long this time but I don't know how many losses I can take.

    TTC since July 2012 
    BFP 5/22/13. Lap. to remove ectopic and dx with endo. 6/16/13

    RE consult: June 2014

    DX: FVL, endo, hypothyroidism, blocked left tube

    Oct. 2014: First treatment cycle: Clomid+trigger+IUI=BFN

    November 2014: Clomid+trigger+IUI again=BFP!

    BFP 11/28/14 MC discovered 1/14/15

    Preterm labor 31 weeks. Monitored for Hellp and diagnosed with oligohydramnios July '12

    BFP #2: 06/25 - EDD 03/05/15 MMC confirmed 8/1 - D&E 8/4 retained tissue discovered 8/20

    BFP #3 11/24 - 12/15 Heartbeat detected - DD2 07/29/15

    I'm so sorry for your losses. I hope you are recovering well from your surgery.
    I'm not sure if this helps, but I know what you mean about not being sure how many losses you can take. MH and I have actually talked about this and we have a line in the sand. I hope you find support here. The women here are amazing

    BFP#2 8/25/2013 MC confirmed 10/16/2013 @ 12 wks (D&C 10/18)

    Diagnosis: unexplained RPL, unexplained IF.

    Also have hypothyroidism

    Started TTC again 12/2013

     

    IUI#1:Clomid CD 3-7, Trigger'ed CD 12. IUI CD 14. BFN

    IUI #2:Letrozole CD 3 - 7, Follistim CD 9, Trigger CD 10, IUI CD12. BFN

    Current plan: IVF with PGD. Antagonist - Vivelle Protocal. Stim start 12/1. ER 12/14.

    I'm so sorry for your losses. I'm also a multiple loss (4 actually) and I struggle to with being emotionally capable to possibly handle another loss.

    Thank you ladies. After a tough night and not being able to sleep, it is nice to wake up to positive thoughts. It helps more than you know. For those who have been through similar situations, how long did you feel pain physically? Just trying to prepare myself since I didn't get to talk with a doctor because everything was so rushed.
