intermittent back cramps with two weeks to go

Could labor be coming? No mucus plug. Water hasn't broken. No Braxton Hicks. But period like back cramps on and off tonight, with no close pattern. I don't think my belly has dropped though I'm not sure. Never had an internal. Definitely seems premature to even tell DH. Would love to hear from women who have done this before.

    I've had increase back pain these last couple weeks, it comes on w the BH and it's no fun. I don't feel like I'm getting bigger but definitely belly getting heavier which can make the back pain worse I'm sure. Sorry no help here, maybe hot shower or hot compress will help a bit
