Quick thrush Q

Nicky has thrush and I've never had to deal with it before. As far as washing and sterilizing his bottles, is a cycle in the dishwasher enough or should they be boiled after every use? Any BTDT thrush tips?

ETA: aaaand as soon as I hit post, I realized this might be better suited to the Dec13 board. Oh well...
