    So after going on and on all week about how much I was craving steak, DH is finally outside grilling some up ... Unfortunately, the craving has passed and steak is one of the last things I want to eat today. I don't have the heart to say so.

    Cannot count how many times I have eaten steak when I have been craving them, I always order mine medium well. For some reason well done always ends up very dry and chewy.

    I have always enjoyed a good barbecue too. :) go enjoy that steak!
