People at the office got me a cake for my last day, i took home the other half and just crushed it. The whole other half. It was a delicious lemon bundt cake.

FFFC: I don't want to join the Nov 14 facebook group. I haven't even heard of/seen posts from half the people requesting to be in the group in the thread below (and previous threads), and that kind of creeps me out. Why do random people want to join a facebook group when they don't know the other people in it?

I wish I had someone to pop my bacne.

Ryan is a lucky SOB who basically never, ever had acne. He gets like 1 pimple every 6 months. And he doesn't pop them. And they go away after, like, 2 days. I hate it. He thinks popping is gross.

I had horrible cystic acne on my back when I was a teenager, and have had bad acne on it off and on as an adult. Being pregnant, my back is a battlefield. I hate it. My BFF was recently telling me how much she loves popping her boyfriend's pimples, and we're all going on vacation for a week, leaving next Friday. I am hoping I can get her to tackle my bacne while we're relaxing! [-O<

@dmo1371 Some of the girls on the FB group find it easier to use than TB, since they are exclusively mobile. I only use TB on my laptop, because mobile is terrible.

I'm pretty much with you on this. It's not even totally about privacy, I just don't really like Facebook. I prefer the way threads are laid out here. In all honesty, I check TB more than FB.

If at some point (after babies) more people (the regulars) decide we want to go to Facebook, I'm down. But I'm just fine here and don't see a reason to change at this point.

I meant to post this earlier and then forgot. When pregnant with dd I would think what I wanted to say to her... Until I realized we don't have ESP and she can't understand my thoughts. She was in me, not actually me. It was well into the third tri that I realized this.

I caught myself doing it again to this baby. Dumb.

I'm so glad to hear you say this! I would be so down for an N14 Facebook group with the regulars in it. I have nothing against those who find the Facebook group easier to post in, I just don't know them.

ETA - I pimped it out to my inlaws. They are so generous!

I don't think it has been dead here (aside from the weekends, which is normal). Most of the people who are asking to join the FB book aren't regular posters anyway.

It's a long weekend here in Canada (or most of Canada I think.) that could be why the board isn't super active right at the moment.

During the school year, long weekends are my favourite things. During the summer, long weekends just mean, "dang, everything is closed on Monday!"

But, for those of you working right now, enjoy the day off!
