So we are leaving today to go to mackinac island. My cousin passed away in December from heart problems and her plan this summer was to ride her bike around mackinac island, she had always wanted to. We are doing a memorial ride for her! Im a little nervous about the 4 hour car ride but sooo excited for fudge! Im also excited for my daughter to see a new place and have her first boat ride. Anyone else have exciting weekend plans?

My weekend totally depends on today....this afternoon. I took my last CPA exam a couple weeks ago and I find out my score today. If I passed then this weekend will be awesome and full of celebrating. If I fail....I just don't know, it would be devastating.
Either way, tomorrow my parents volunteered to take both boys for a while so DH and I can go on a date.

My cousin is supposed to come over this weekend to meet Emily for the first time. We are also going to ask her to be Emily's godmother. My brother was also supposed to come over to meet Emily, but unfortunately is having some work crises so doesn't know if he will make it.
DH and I are having out first date night out. My mom will babysit so I won't worry too much. We may take LO for her first swim tomorrow. Besides that just getting in snuggles as I go back to work next week.... Aaahhhh!
I have work both Saturday and Sunday. After work on Saturday we have a combined- happy 18th birthday/ graduation party Sam/ happy 60th birthday to mil party. We're only staying and hour an half since we have tickets to the Indians game with my cousin to see the revealing on the Jim Thome statue and get a free mini Jim Thome statue- plus fireworks after the game- I'm so excited and can't wait! My Aunt is watching LO until after the game- so I know she'll be in good hands!

Lots of errand running to include shopping for a new couch, car for DH, and bath for the dog. Boring.
High five to my other working mommas for surviving this week. High five to the other stay at home ladies for surviving the day with LO still in the nest.
