Earlier today I was having some lower back pain, really intense pain in uterus when baby moved, and that changed into pain when I was having Braxton Hicks too. I laid down for a bit and dozed off and it seemed to go away.
Went to my midwife appt at 2 and was feeling flushed and she said I looked "labor-y" so she checked my cervix and I was a 3-4 dilated but 50% effaced so still thick.
She asked if I wanted a membrane sweep so she stretched me to a good 4 she said.
Now I'm home and really hoping some things will get started. 39+3 today!
Ugh. Come on baby boy..
