I have had a rough week. Was super sick on Sunday and Monday. OB said if it wasn't better by Tuesday he wanted to come in and get checked out. Luckily it started to ease up on Tuesday. Still have very little appetite and an upset stomach but slowly getting better.
We painted the nursery over the weekend (and by "we" I mean the painters ). We are really happy with how it turned out. I am so excited to finally be able to start putting together some of this furniture that has been laying around my house in boxes! Here is a picture of the paint color. The lighting in the picture makes it look a little darker than it really is but you get the idea.
I am still lurking on you ladies constantly and always hoping for the best! I see lots of new names around here. Hope to start seeing lots of 3T ladies over on PAIF.
QOTW: Hmmmm....I would want to live somewhere with relatively mild weather year round. Maybe California? My husband loves Colorado. That is where he would want to live.
Hi ladies! 25w6d here! Had a blood clot scare in my leg yesterday, but tests showed no clots! Still no idea what's causing the swelling in just that leg though so for now we're just keeping an eye on it. Other than that, things have been going well! Here's the latest bump pic and we started working in the nursery so a bonus pic of that! Still working on making some crafts for the walls!
QOTW - I would love to live in one of the Carolina's, but inland so I wouldn't have to worry about boarding up my house everytime a hurricane came through!
Hey 3T! Hope you're all having an OK week. Big congrats to @AlaskaDee23 on your decision to move forward with adoption! That's awesome and so exciting, sending lots of happy thoughts that it all goes smoothly for you. (Didn't want to reply to the thread with my ticker info, hope you don't mind that I tagged you here.) And good luck to @NariaDreaming with IVF! (Hope it's OK I tagged you too, I checked for PAIF welcome in your sig first!)
AFM, next week (I think) I'll hit the 3rd trimester at 27 weeks. I can't believe that I'm this far along already. Through IF time drags so slowly, but now that I'm actually pregnant it's flown by. My sister sent out shower invitations, we've registered for hospital classes, baby gear is accumulating, and we're putting our crib together this weekend. My next appointment is in a week and I'll have my glucose tolerance test, hoping that goes well then I start biweekly appointments at 30 weeks. QOTW- Hawaii or Southern France, I'll take either.
TTC since Sept 2011, Unexplained IF Oct 12 - Jan 14: 3 clomid/TI cycles, 2 hysteroscopies, 2 IUIs, 1 BFP (MMC @ 12w), 2 more IUIs Feb 14: Gonal-f + IUI #5 = BFP! (EDD 11/4/14) Baby boy arrived 11/13/14!
Hi ladies!! I like to come and stalk, handing out love tits. I'm rooting so hard for you all!!!
AFM, I graduated from the RE on Tues! That feels like a huge accomplishment for an IFer! And for the first time, our babies actually looked like babies! Baby A was doing a dance, wiggling around, while Baby B was snoozing away, sucking on it's thumb. It was the first time we got to see them looking and acting like babies, it was pretty amazing. I've been doing well, little to complain about until this morning when I woke up with some serious cramping/stretching pain. I've been told this is likely RLP, which I had heard of, but holy mother of, it was not fun. I took a couple Tylenol and it has improved, but yeah, not a great start to the day.
QOTW: I love living in Canada and would easily move to the west coast. Although some European cities make a good case with their, IMO, often better balancing of work vs home life, more vacation a year - I like the sounds of that
And now I must AW my babies, that actually look like babies
Hey ladies of 3T! Please know I still lurk often and think of this as my home board. Everyone here was soo supportive and so helpful to me that I am forever grateful.
I am 32 weeks this week. It's crazy that I only have less than 8 weeks to go. Everything is going great with LO. I've been suffering from awful heartburn and getting more uncomfortable but I try not to complain too much.
Please know I am cheering all of you on and hope to see you over at PAIF soon! Hugs to those that need them!!
Me 29 DH 30 Unexplained IF TTC since wedding May 2012. IUI #1 11/5/13-BFN. IUI #2 12/5/13-BFN. IUI #3-12/30/14. All three with Femara CD 3-7 and Ovidrel trigger. +HPT 1/13/14 First +ever!!! Beta #1 195 Beta #2 1/15-533. Ultrasound on 2/4 showed one bean. EDD 9/22/14. Team Green turned Team Blue-Baby Conner arrived on 9/19/14.
Howdy! 10 weeks today! Feeling good, just really tired, hungry, and swollen. We have gotten to see our little gummy bear 2x on ultrasound & everything is progressing exactly as it should be. She moves around a lot and then falls back asleep. It was pretty neat to see. I graduated from RE last week, so our first appointment with regular OBGYN is next week. We'll do all the genetic testing and whatnot. Then I feel like I'll be able to exhale and breathe easy. I'd post a pic, but I'm mobile & don't know how.
I live in Southern California, so I'm pretty content here, but maybe Hawaii.
I lurk on here constantly and root for you ladies. It's such a rough journey but I have faith I'll see you over on the other side! Hugs!
