Yeah, I saw this they other day. Ours are locked up under our sink, however I'm thinking about moving all our cleaning products up to high shelves just incase...

DD actually was putting one of these into her mouth last night and I caught her before it happened (it was powder, not liquid, but I'm guessing that doesn't make it better.) We are finally having our cabinet locks installed...and in the meanwhile these are going up on a high shelf.
When we remodeled our kitchen we got those magnet and key locks for the under-the-sink cabinet, but before that everything was on the top shelf. DH and I are very short, so we needed the step stool every time we wanted something, but it was so worth it for my peace of mind. Right before DS was born there was a toddler in my home state that was in the PICU for biting into one of these. DH and looked at each other and immediately got up to move our soaps. It's so easy to think, "oh, I'll make sure he can't get at it," but in reality, those LOs are quick and tricky.
