I realized that I have been replying to posts and I never introduced myself!  I am a first time mom of a beautiful 12 week baby girl.  My first day back to work was today.  We did 2 trial days at daycare, which made today much easier!  I am fortunate to WFH most days and just travel to our Chicago office 4 days a month.  I am a planner so I'm happy to be getting into more of a routine.  

I am glad to have found this board, because I can relate to a lot of what is discussed!  Thank you in advance for letting me be a part of your group!
