    I'm so glad to read the good news! Hopefully she will be put of the hospital and back to enjoying the rest of her summer soon :)

The same thing happened to my cousin (minus the meningitis).  They ended up having to do surgery to get rid of the cyst, but it was not a huge deal (from what I remember, I was 12 when it happened).  My cousin had no side effects from the surgery and is thriving on her own today as a brilliant, smart, graphic design artist. :)
