Have you picked out a 1st birthday outfit for LO to wear on their birthday, at their party, for a photo shoot or for smash cake pics?  Here's what I've ordered for DDs birthday party (Alice in Wonderland theme).  I'm looking for inspiration for something to wear on her actual birthday.  I think I'll go diaper only for the smash cake.

I ordered this for the morning of when i do our monthly/then year pictures. And she'll also wear it for her photo shoot as one of the outfit choices.

For her actual birthday, my friend gave me this magical, fairy-like sparkly dress that she'll end up wearing.

We got this outfit from H&M for pictures/party and then a "birthday girl" shirt from Old Navy for post cake smash (diaper only).

Thinking of doing this lacy romper with headband. A local shop in town makes them. I'm going this week to order one

I made her birthday outfit (tutu DIY and onesie that I "customized"). I got her one of those lace ruffled outfits but the dress version since she was the flower girl in a wedding two weeks ago. They are adorable! Since LOs bday is a Sunday I might be able to convince my husband that a dress is needed as well.

@jdoud77 there are some cute onesies at Old Navy that say "one" on them for $8 I think.Then you could use whatever bottoms you like that match.

DH wouldn't like the tutus that are in style right now so I went looking for a dress that would match our theme. I wasn't all that crazy about a dress still because she had trouble crawling in them. I found her a cute outfit that matches our theme (butterflies) for around $10 at BRU.

Hope this works, I've never uploaded a pic before. I think it is going to be sideways but at least it will be there.

Our theme is lady bugs so I got her this "costume" dress for her actual party. (Haven't decided if we will have her wear the wings though). She will eat her cake in the dress and I will just change her into a simple t-shirt that says "One" on it afterwards since the party is pretty well done after cake. I will be making her a tutu for her photos, thanks to the link @megd11‌ posted a little while back!

@jdoud77 not sure if you use Zulily but they have a sale now on really cute tutus and birthday shirts for $8-9 each here.

Everyone has such cute outfits picked out. I still have nothing . Has anyone ever bought anything from girlscrochetheadbands.com (don't know how to make it click on mobile) ? There are a lot of cute and cheap things on that site but I get leary of ordering from new places. I will have to also check out Zulily. If I get them cheap enough I'd like 2 outfits a tutu and shirt and lace romper, mainly for pictures.
