I try to keep up with this US politics (foreign policies & international politics are easier for me to follow) business but it can get hard to wade in the water quick.

So Boehner wants to sue Obama. What does that mean? Is it a waste of time? If they rule against Obama then what, impeachment?

Someone explain it to me like I'm five.
