Super random OT nursery question.

I recovered the cushions of a rocker/glider to match the nursery before C was born. It squeaks to the point that we bought a new, neutral colored one. We decided to keep the squeaky one and put it in C's new room since it won't get used that often. I can switch the cushions out, but I don't k ow what to do with the ottomans.

Would you leave the matching wood colors together or the matching cushions?

I'm having a hard time understanding the options. I haven't finished my coffee yet. But the wood needs to match. Then recover stuff to match.

I picked other.  I hate my ottoman and love my nursing stool.

I'd get rid of the ottoman all together, I could never use it when I nursed.

I suppose it doesn't help with the ridiculous number of typos. I really need to stop bumping on my phone. Touch screens and I are not friends.

My first choice would be to make sure the fabric matches (even if the wood doesn't).

My second choice- if money and time permits, recover so the wood AND fabric matches.

Yeah, it will stop for a while, but always comes back eventually.

No, it matches the nursery, and not C's new room at all, that's why I was going to switch the cushions.

My mom recovered the ottoman that went with my old chair, and she did it showercap style (with elastic all the way around) so it was really easy. It will also be easy to take it off for cleaning.

That said, if you're not going to use one of the chairs that often, I would store that ottoman and just recover the one that you're going to use.
