NWMR: General Contractor/Project Manager Fee?

I got the estimate back from my PM for the bathroom remodel. While I felt like the sub estimates and materials were spot on, I was shocked that she had attached a 25% project management fee on top of everything (labor and materials). I know that within the last year she has charged other people 15% on labor only. What gives? I know that cost cannot have escalated that much. Does she really not want the job?

Has anyone done a project with a GC/PM recently? What have you paid?
