I use osocozy prefolds size 1 & thirsties covers. My LO just reached the 15 pound mark and the prefolds are getting a little snug, so I broke out the size 2s. They are huge in comparison! I folded down the front & back and got everything stuffed in the cover. It worked well for an overnight diaper in his PJs, but trying to wear his normal clothes over so much bulk will be a challenge I think. Are there any other tips for a better fit? I wish they made a size between 1 & 2 (although I guess that would decrease the cost effectiveness of using cloth).
Thanks!

Re: Moving up a size - tips for a better fit?
If you want to "make do" with what you have, try bikini twist fold with your size 2. You might still need to fold down in the back, bit that fold takes out some of the length. You can also stretch use out of your size ones by using a reverse Angel wing fold. https://greenmountaindiapers78.blogspot.com/2009/05/reverse-angel-wing-fold-tutorial.html?m=1
Or even try trifolding the size ones in a cover if your LO has slowed down on the all.the.time. NB poops and/or they aren't so runny that you need a new cover with every change when tri-folding.
