I'll keep my whining brief.
It continued to not make sense.
Writing is still the suck.
Also, I'll admit to being a little excited to see the violet/ Jason thing blow up. But then..she goes after her boyfriend's new girlfriend's protected human? Oh...ok? That seems like a stretch. Plus the audience cares a lot more about Jason and Jessica than they do about fairy what's her face, right? Does anyone care if that dumbshit gets eaten? But, lol, ok writers. Good choice.

I was also loling over Nicole and Sam. First when he's like "I can't imagine what it's like to have been held hostage in a dungeon" and I was like "well, you were almost sacrificed on an alter by a bull faced lady" so maybe he can empathize a bit.

And OF COURSE he should go with the mother of his child and not stay in this horrible town where nothing but extremely bad shit befalls him over and over. Seriously. Other than Nicole, has anything good ever happened to Sam on the show?

I'm just going to watch the scene with Sarah's sister and Pam/Eric over and over.  It's really the best thing from this whole season.

If I were the only vamper cured of Hep V in the world and was supposed to be hiding the source, I don't think I would answer my door all nonchalant and vein free. Sarah's sister stinks at subterfuge.
