  • Gym this afternoon. I might try out C25K, then upper body strength training. I'm wearing a strapless dress to a wedding in 4 weeks so I'm really focusing on back and shoulders.

  • I'm going to start this Fit Girls Guide 28 Day Challenge on Monday. It's honestly a pretty basic program and I'll definitely do more than the challenge requires and I'm only loosely following the meal plan. But there's a $500 prize for the best before & after pics, so I figure why not?

  • Day 2 of C25K week 5. The first 8 minute interval I did great, the second required a couple short walk breaks. All in all I'm pretty pleased with my performance.
