Do any of you use essential oils? LO got another snotty nose and cough from daycare and her last went to her ears.

I've heard of the Thieves oil for this but how do you use? Diffusser? Where can you get a reasonable one? The ones on the company's site are around $100.

I would be careful about using EOs on little ones. They are powerful things and need to be used with caution. I would find someone that is certified and can give you safe advice.

Also, do not eat them!

I've used DoTerra On Guard oil on Emmett. I'm not sure if it works or not.

I've heard really good things about Young Living oils, ad I've considered purchasing the starter kit for $150 that includes the diffuser. I think they make a manual that you can buy, which yells you how to safely use them on children.
