MF ammonia stink

DD is 16 months, in CD for about 2 months.

All BG 4.0 with mf insert and JB hemp doubler

ON are cover with JB hemp doubler and a gmd bamboo prefold. I soak these in the morning and they don't seem to be an issue

Wash routine:
Quick wash, extra rinse, no detergent
Hot wash, heavy soil,extra rinse, 1/4 scoop of Allen's naturally (can't use tide)
Wash everyday

My issue is that when dd pees, her diaper smells a little like she pooped. About 1-3 hours after we change her, the wet diapers (seems to be the MF) STINK of ammonia-like burns your nose stink.

I'm guessing I need some sort of strip. Should I just do a hot water strip, or do I need RLR?

    Thanks! I'll run a few hot cycles today. I'm not even sure if Allen's suds....we shall see!
