Welcome to the FUIF Friday Fitness Challenge!
This
is a check in for anyone who is trying to get/or stay healthy with diet
and/or exercise though the process of IF. Everyone is welcome - and
can join at any time! We will check in every Friday to share our successes and tips, as well as get support when we falter.
We

date and post it to your siggy - it can be anything you want to
achieve! If
you continually work towards your goal - you earn the FUIF badge.. and
if you meet your goal you get to add that months "star" to your badge.
You can add either the blank badge or the ticker to show your
partipation.

Re: FU IF Fitness Check-in July 25th!!
How's everyone else doing? Lots of good progress on the weight loss around here!
I keep forgetting to weigh in (gotta be first thing in the morning, am I right??), but I feel like I've been doing okay. My mom was visiting and said I looked healthier than I have my whole life. I'm sitting there thinking, where the F is my baby then?!?! So all this clean living and healthy lifestyle crap I've done for the past 1.5 years has done something. LOL The FET is on Tuesday and the PIO shots started yesterday, so the rest of this check-in cycle is a different ballgame for me.
Go team go!!!

Nothing new for me. Still training for the marathon. I did yoga on Wednesday. Great workout!!
Keep it up @RunCC37!!!
I'm sure that ice cream cake was delicious @Hoping4LO Sometimes you just gotta give in! You're doing great, so don't let it bother you!
@pblge - I hope your FET is going smoothly at this moment!!! I have an appointment with the endo tomorrow, so I'm anticipating more bloodwork then. I'd rather them get my levels now, rather than changing my dosage a couple of days before the appointment, you know?
***EVERYONE WELCOME***
***EVERYONE WELCOME***
@pblge good luck at your FET! Enjoy being PUPO!
@Hoping4LO ice cream cake sounds amazing! I haven't had ice cream in so long!
@RunCC37 great job keeping up with the training. And I saw on hanging on to a dream check in your appt with KK is around the corner!!
As for me I'm keeping up with my meal plan. I did super good last week with my exercise but this week (since Sunday) I've been so tired! No motivation i think AF is coming.
I have an RE appt tomorrow back to my old RE, dr.t I want to discuss the possibility of a femara IUI. We'll see how it goes.
@tptbabe how'd you like the PiYo workout? Every time I see the acronym my brain jumps to PIO. LOL, I have problems!!!!!! You know you're an IF vet when...
@princessisadora your consistency always blows me away! Don't fret if your motivation ebbs and flows a bit. You'll get the job done!! I really hate the way my cycle impacts my training. I lose motivation and my performance suffers around ovulation and while I'm PMSing. Ugh!! Back in 2013, I ran three kickass races all on CD2. I really think if the races had been two days earlier, I wouldn't have run nearly as well. I hate AF!!!!!
Things around here are continuing to move along. The marathon is getting closer and closer! I am excited!! Though I totally admit that I'm a little nervous/afraid of my 20 mile long run scheduled for this weekend. The last time I ran that far was a year and a half ago. I know I'll do it. My body is ready, but my mind is playing tricks!! Wish me luck!!!
