SG DE program

Is anyone there currently? Can you tell me how you like the program and their process? I've been in contact with one of the new patient reps but would like to hear "real" info from someone who is or has gone through them. If we go donor egg route it will have to be between them and our local clinic. Our local clinic only has anonymous in-house donors for fresh cycles only. I know SG has a fresh and frozen bank. I've read a lot about RBA too but that would be a stretch for us for many reasons. Thanks!

We went through SG's DE program and had a good experience. We were successful on our second DE cycle and on our first FET after that. Our dr. was Dr. Mottla, and I was very impressed by him. We were in the 1:2 split cycle/shared risk (but not all-inclusive) program. The frozen egg program was just starting when we were there, but I remember thinking it was expensive and wasn't sure what the benefits were over the fresh program. 

Things moved quickly for us. When I first looked at the donor pool, I wasn't overly impressed, but what I found is that new donors were added frequently, and many of those ended up getting chosen very quickly. We chose our donor the day she was added to the database, and the second recipient selected her the next day, so there was not a lot of break. (We ended up using the same donor again for our second fresh cycle - she cycled again in the 1:2 program.). 

It is definitely a big program, and you kind of have to stay on top of things, but overall we were very pleased with the care we received. It seems like they have a lot of things streamlined with doing so many cycles.
