Anyone know what the normal range is supposed to be after the 1-hour test? I know some of you on here have been diagnosed with GD, so hoping someone will know. I was told I was fine with blood glucose level of 65 (I think she said they wanted me under 135). My blood glucose has always been pretty low when I've had blood work done. My DH asked me, though, if any of my tiredness could be due to low blood sugar. Now I wish I'd asked while I was there and I think it's too late to call. The doctor was looking over everything pretty thoroughly so I'm not too worried, but when I was looking online some of the diabetes sites were saying that anything under 70 wasn't good. Anyone have input? TIA!!!!

This time, I'm doing finger pricks in lieu of the GTT, and my fasting sugar first thing in the morning has been in the 60s a few times. I actually feel fine and normal when it's in the upper 60s... just ready to eat breakfast.
If you don't have GD, your sugars will run a little lower than they would if you weren't pregnant. This is because the baby is using up all that energy.
