3 Month Teething

So my 3.5 month old is teething. I know he started like a month ago! Craziness...

Ok so when i look in his mouth it looks as if it is the molar and premolar. I know that the first teeth that come in are usually the front. They dont look like the front teeth or the i teeth either. THey are far back as well. Has anyone else had this issue with their children?

Are you sure what you're seeing are teeth?  My LO started showing signs of teething really early on too and I swear that I saw a tooth popping out.  Well, I don't think that was a tooth cause it's gone and a month later he still has no teeth!  But, every baby is different and I have heard of babies getting teeth really young.... just not the molars.

DD has been showing signs of teething since she was 2m old. Still nothing. 

DS started at the same age and had 2 teeth before he was 4m old. 

He could very well sprout a tooth early, but I really don't think it will be a molar.
