Finally Introducing Myself

Hi Everyone, I've been lurking off and on since I was pregnant. My daughter will be 15 months in a few days. I'm a working Mom in academia. I completed my PhD about 8 months ago. I always feel like its weird to jump into a post without having made a proper introduction so now I will participate more!
