Bank finally accepted our offer!!! We offered 190k w a concession of 5k and I'm like in shock they accepted. We got a copy of the HUD statement, seller bought the house for $379k in 2004 and now owe the bank a whopping $774k! I know they took out another $100k loan, but wowsers!!!

We have to close by Aug 27th.

Here we go!
