Stink help, please!

I feel like our diapers have been getting smellier for the past month, and I'm not sure what to do.  Here's my info:

*Pockets with prefolds + hemp insert for daycare and prefolds with covers at home (fitteds with extra inserts at night)

*It doesn't seem to be any particular diapers that smell - I thought the pockets were the only ones for a little while, but now it seems like her home prefolds are bad too.

*They sometimes smell bad out of the washing machine (which prompts me to do another round in the washer before we dry), but not always

*Routine is warm rinse (basically run a heavy wash with warm water), then a hot wash/cold rinse with extra rinse

*I've used tide powder since (almost) the beginning, DD is now almost 20 months; have always used about 2.5 tablespoons (and never have extra bubbles at the end)

*The diapers smell like she pooped even she she only peed

Do I add more Tide?  Do I need to run them all through with bleach first?  Thanks ladies!

Bleach then more detergent.

We have a front loader, HE - I wash every other day.

If bleach is the answer, any recommendations on how much to use??

¼ cup. I just do a splash or so in my bleach dispenser.

Thanks - seems to have made a big difference in how they smell now that they've been bleached and run through lots more rinse cycles.  We'll see if the smell comes back after she pees in them this weekend...
