Does anyone have allergen friendly kid's meals ideas?

I'm going to a potluck for a kid's event tomorrow. There are apparently a number of allergies (gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy) and the organizer kind of blew it off and said that the parents will probably bring things the kids can eat.

But not all the parents will be there and may not bring a dish that works as a full meal, and I'd love the kids to have more than one option.

I know that there are allergy moms here. I know the basics and about cross contamination but the dishes I have that would eliminate all those allergens aren't that kid friendly. I was hoping someone would have an idea for me!

What about a gf pasta salad? With veggies and maybe ham in it?

Edit - wait. Are there eggs in gf pasta??

Thats a good idea... I'd have the check the labels for eggs. I haven't cooked for my brother in awhile so haven't looked at GF pasta in a loooong time.

    Do most kids eat rice?

I'm probably way overthinking this but I want these kids to have more than one option.

A friend with a bad dairy allergy once told me how sad he felt at potlucks as a child because he couldn't eat anything and I don't want that.

    Eggs are in the mayo.

I was thinking in a more vinaigrette dressing.

    Veggie tray with dip separated
    Fruit tray
    Grilled chicken diced
    Deli tray with everything separated
    Packaged rice Krispy treats

My kids are both nut allergic. Parties scare me. Thank you for thinking of everyone's needs.

When DS was little, we were at a party. I made him a plate of a chicken leg and fruit salad. I get outside to the table and see that there are peanuts in the fruit salad. I have never in my life seen that kind of shit and haven't ever seen it again.

My kid has both wheat and egg allergies so I've checked all the GF pasta boxes we've bought and they are egg free as well.  Pasta salad with just olive oil (or vinagrette) as dressing would be a winner with my kid.

Also, if they're available in your area, Applegate makes GF organic hot dogs which taste pretty awesome ($$$ though).  If you can find some gluten-free baked beans, that's a pretty traditional kid-friendly option.

Thanks for thinking about these kids!
