Welcome to the TTC a Rainbow Sibling check-in. This check-in is a for TTCAL-ers with living children to talk about the issues about TTCAL while you have a living child. Living children and pictures of living children are welcome here, however if your pictured child is an infant (< a year old), please do place a warning at the beginning of your post to alert ladies who are having a hard day.  You do not have to be active on the PAL board in order to be a member of this check-in, however, if you plan on posting on the main board please post an intro there. 

All are welcome to join us!  Please give us an intro with the following information if you wish: name(s)/age(s) of your child(ren), EDD(s) and where you are in your TTC journey.

Hi!

I introed on this thread last week, but I'm not in the group list, so I'll do another quick intro.  I have a DS, Lukas, who is 11 months old.  He was my 3rd pregnancy and my first living child.  I was very active on TTCAL, PGAL and my BMB.  I took a bit of a bump break when I went back to work after my maternity leave ended and life got a little crazy.  I've been back on PAL and TTGP (a little bit) for about a month.  This is the first cycle we are TFAS.  I O'd earlier this week (based on OPKs), so I guess I'm in my TWW.  DH and I are both excited and a bit nervous about expanding our little family!

Hey everyone!

@bookishmama I hope you're doing well

AFM- I am CD7 of Clomid. I have an OB appt on Monday to check my follies and possibly trigger. 

I went yesterday and had acupuncture for the first time! The dr there seemed to think that all of my symptoms are pointing to an autoimmune disease....Now I'm searching for someone to run an auto immune blood work up on me as i'm losing my hair in clumps! I can see my scalp in multiple places on my head. I am starting to freak out about it which I'm sure is only making it worse.

@rslh10 @bookishmommaThinking of you both! Sounds like you guys have a lot on your plates.

I'm going to go in for bloodwork tomorrow and have a sonohsystogram scheduled for cd8 or 9, so hoping we can get serious about ttc over the next few months.

I listen to Christian music or R&B mostly.

Thanks for the check-in @bookishmomma! I hope things get a little less crazy for you soon!

I went in for my follow-up blood work and it came back completely negative so I just have to wait for AF. We just got back from a mini vacation with DH's family. I am hoping to get some cleaning/organizing done this weekend to distract myself a bit. Now that I know I have to wait to TTC I am determined to work on myself and getting projects started while I can.

Hello ladies, ((hugs)) to all!

I am doing ok, I got + opks on Wed (cd15), so I'm hoping my temps will show it soon.

Also, since my doctors visit was so sucky I made an appointment for next Wed with an RE! I'm nervous and excited. I had to get my records from my my gyno's office and of course I had to look at it. I didn't cry but it was hard reading all the details and notes. I'm so thankful they could get me in so quickly, one perk of living on a densely populated island.

Lastly, today I saw an acquaintance at a library program and she said "is this your youngest?" while pointing at DS. And it hurt my heart to answer, he is my only. How would you handle this?

QOTW: I mostly listen to talk radio and kids stations, but I use to LOVE country music.

Hi @bookishmomma and all you other lovely ladies. Hope everyone is doing well.

So today is CD2 for me I went to the RE this morning and I will be starting on my second round of Femara + Timed Intercourse. I'm so sick of all these appointments and blood draws, I just want it all to be over with. Sometimes I wish I didn't want another baby so badly so I wouldn't have to go through all this anymore.

QOTW: I love R&B most of all. I also like pop, hip-hop, some alternative.
