Temp goes up the day after ovulation and yes, like pp said it can also be a slow rise. You can have outlier temps, that is why you need 3 high temps to confirm ovulation.

Oh thanks that makes everything a lot more clear. Basically I had consistent temps right around 97.4 and then yesterday it shot up to 97.9 and today back to 97.
And ok hereistreble I'll go to the site and try that.
Hopefully that works. Unfortunately I'm missing a few temps due to waking up super late on the weekend and on Tuesday I was on call for work and got a call at 5 and had to jump up and leave. But you can still see the consistency and the random outlier.
I'm using a regular thermometer. Before any more replies I should make clear we're ntnp so were not super concerned with the charting. It's more for my benefit as a female.

Roger that. *crrrch*
Carry on then also, I agree no O

You are looking for a SUSTAINED rise in temps, not just one high temp. I think you might try doing the fertility friend tutorials again. Also you need to temp every day.
Yeah, you need to try to get a temp every day. Even when you do O, which I don't think you have, I think FF is going to be wishy washy since you don't have temps from every day. Even though you are NTNP, I would at least be consistent charting your CM too, which is helpful when trying to pinpoint O.

I know, I'll pull the I'm super busy with work card. On weekends I sleep late when I can to catch up in lost sleep during the week and I'm also on call about once a week and sometimes weekends. But I'm trying to make it all a habit so I don't forget!
Thanks guys for all the replies you've been a great help.
