Bottle Drying Rack

Hi Ladies! I'm due next week and was just getting some last minute things ready. I was taking some of our bottles, hand washed them and then ran them through the Avent microwave sterilizer - I then put them on the bottle drying rack (The first years) to dry before reassembling them. This was at about 10am and they have still not dried (as of 6pm)? Am I missing something? Was there something I should have done or is there a better rack to dry them? Any ideas or input would be helpful! Thanks!

Re: Bottle Drying Rack

  • I find that my bottles never get 100% dry unless I leave them overnight. I know that doesn't help, but your not alone. I assume all drying racks will have this problem at some point.

  • We have a Munchkin drying rack. It doesn't always dry things quickly but like PP, I still use the bottles whether they are dry or not. If we're allowed to make formula with tap water (even though I use distilled), I figure a few drops of it left in her bottle won't hurt anything at all :)

  • All the bottles were dry this AM and I suspect like @2013mommy said, the humidity prob isn't helping! Thanks again!
