I was freaking out for about the first three weeks about the same thing. I think it is a pretty common thing to be worried for the first little while. My best advice is start reading up on nutrition and pregnancy in general (get a book, don't use Google, there is just too much scare tatic stuff on the web if you ask me, especially if you are already freaked out) What brings you to the high risk board?
