Trying to concieve

Been trying to concieve. A day late on my period. But started bleeding. Thing is I've been nauseated, having headaches of the evening., and eating a lot and being really thirsty. I have three kids already. So I know a thing or too? But it's been 7 years since my last birth so I'm out of the loop. And didn't bleed with any of the others that I remember!! Is there still a chance I can be?

If you are bleeding the other symptoms were PMS.  Sorry, maybe next month.

Whatever happened to the days where a woman got her period and just knew she wasn't pregnant by that very definitive sign? Self-delusion is very much a thing now I guess.

Your period isn't "late" if you're bleeding. Take a test!

Just a simple question. N the bleeding is not like my normal period just barely spotting.. So to the negativity remarks go suck one.. Yes I have been there before and with all three pregnancies was different!! And since it's been seven years since my last pregnancy, I just thought it would be ok to ask. So to the losers who just get on here to belittle or just be rude, ignore and just scroll on.. That simple.

You're spotting and you want to know if it's possible that you're pregnant. Yes it's possible that you are pregnant. It is also possible that you are an alien being from another planet. The difference between these two things is that for one of them you can go to the store and buy a $1 test to check. Do that. None of us can tell you that you're pregnant, we are not in your ute. Is it possible? Yes. If you have had unprotected sex recently and do not have a period yet you could possibly be pregnant. Take a test if you want to know for sure.

I think because of those shows "I didn't know I was pregnant" and the fact that your friends, coworkers and family will tell you that you can still have a period and get pregnant that people believe that they could always be that one exception to the rule. I've had a bunch of people tell me they know someone who had a period when they were pregnant.

We were here first, you can't dictate how this board works.  We don't spew glitter farts and unicorn jizz around here, we like facts and science with blunt honesty and a sense of humour on the side.  If you don't like it, move right along, Babycenter or Babygaga will be more than happy to blow rainbow smoke up your ass.  Of course they won't tell you any more than a pregnancy test will, but methinks you're not looking for the truth here.

It probably wouldn't have made a difference, as asking people on here if you're pregnant tends to get the same responses each time, but you might have received like, 15% less snark if your OP had mentioned spotting vs. bleeding.

I guess I am a loser who enjoys snarky responses to posts. But I do know how to take and interpret a pregnancy test. So, there's that.
